Exchange policy

All sales are final. Only exchanges are accepted within 14 days of shipment. Please refer to the exchange policy.

14-DAY exchange POLICY

Exchanges are only accepted for a different size of the same shirt. To initiate a return, please email us at support@grimeyco.com with your full name, order number, and the correct size needed. Item must be submitted within 14 days of shipment for exchange.

The return address is provided by email as it varies depending on your location. Please send the items to the address instructed by email. Note that failing to contact us before returning the item could result in loss of goods, in which case we may be unable to issue complete the exchange.

Items must be unwashed and unworn in its original condition.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The customer is in charge of the shipping charge to return the item and also the shipping charges of the new items.
